    Boss saya punya printer A3 merk .... kalau cetak photo hitam putih, jadinya malah coklat + putih. aku coba print di printer A4 merek yg sama juga coklat+putih. Tapi di print pada merek lain bagus. Bagaimana atasinya boss?

    tentang warna yg ga hitam, tergantung dari setting printer pas waktu mau nge print. di properties nya pake apa. Jenis kertas sama print quality jg mempengaruhi warna. coba explore pake beberapa option. misalnya pake text image dan kertas matte paper ato pake ultra glossy sama photo paper.
    tergantung merek dan type printer. Jika sudah dilakukan tapi tetep warna nya ngga hitam, kualitas tintanya meragukan jika pake sistem CISS. Itu menurut pengalaman saya, Semoga membantu.
